Nation Golf Co. firmly believes in the satisfaction of every customer and we will do everything we can to ensure just that.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES

We offer shipping protection from Corso at checkout. Purchasing this insurance covers you from a package being lost, stolen, or damaged. If you waive this insurance and your package is lost by a carrier, stolen by a thief, or damaged from a carries, Nation Golf will not be held responsible nor replace/resend/refund the order. Please purchase this insurance. It's $1 for every $100 you spend on an order.

SALE ITEMS

All sales are final and no refunds will be issued on any item unless the item is blemished. Customers may exchange an item, within 30 days, for equal or lesser value based on availability. All customer exchanges made on "sale items" will be at the customer's expense meaning the customer will incur the cost of shipping the item(s) back and the cost of Nation Golf Co. shipping the replacement item(s) to the customer. Customers will receive a free exchange in which Nation Golf Co. pays for all shipping if Nation Golf Co. ships an incorrect item or fails to include an item.

RETURNS

Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if the item is blemished or doesn't fit correctly. Items purchased on sale are non-refundable. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. Nation Golf Co. will provide a shipping label and issue the refund through your bank when the tracking number initiates on your return item. Most banks will replenish the refunded amount within 3-7 business days.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase in almost any case pending the item you wish to exchange is unworn and unwashed. If you wish to exchange an item no longer in stock you may seek a refund, or store credit, or wait for the item to restock. Nation Golf Co. will provide a shipping label and issue the exchange item when the tracking number initiates on your exchange item.

HEADWEAR

All headwear sales are final. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES 

All international orders are eligible for returns and exchanges except on sale items and headwear. All the same policies from above apply, except that an international customer will be subject to pay for all shipping related to returns/exchanges.
